Key responsibilities of this role:

Assist with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate transactional and corporate governance documents.
Support capital markets transactions and securities law compliance matters.
Conduct due diligence and manage transaction processes from inception through closing.
Collaborate closely with clients, advisors, and internal teams to deliver practical legal solutions.

Requirements for this role:

• 2-5 years of relevant corporate law experience.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Sound judgment and a commercial approach to solving problems.
• Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
