Spiced Black, a salad and grain bowl restaurant, celebrates Black Heritage foods. Our healthy heritage cuisine, inspired by the African diaspora, is crafted for easy enjoyment in a fast-paced life.

As a Crew Member, wear multiple hats as a crucial part of the Spiced Black team. Tasks include Front of the House (FOH) duties, Prep Cook responsibilities, cooking on the grill, and maintaining cleanliness in various areas.

Season and cook food according to recipes

Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients

Stand and/or walk for an entire shift to connect with guests

Inspect and clean food preparation areas

Keep kitchen, dining room, and restrooms clean and organized

At least 16 years old

Passion for helping and serving others

Previous knowledge of food service regulations

ServeSafe or Food Handler's certification (or willing to attain)

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
