Audiologist (Specialist in Audiology)

We are looking to add an Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist to join our team in Duluth, MN!

This is a full‑time in‑office position. HearingLife is a national hearing care company under the Demant umbrella and in association with Oticon. 60k-85k salary based on license type and credentials + 6% uncapped commission on any sales.

Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users of best practices.

Local community outreach including health fairs and developing physician relationships. Understand and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets working closely with your PCC and Manager to achieve clinic’s financial KPIs.

Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care and product portfolio including but not limited to conducting hearing tests, coaching and educating patients on hearing aid devices.

Ability to operate audiometric equipment and interpret the results.

Amplify Leadership Program: Get one‑on‑one guidance and real‑world exposure to grow and excel as a Leader.

Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.

2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
