As a Sales Counselor, you will play a key role in driving occupancy and promoting the exceptional lifestyle offered at The Village at Rockville by:

Building and nurturing relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources
Conducting personalized tours and showcasing community amenities, services, and programs
Managing leads throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry through move-in
Developing and implementing outreach strategies to generate new leads
Participating in community events, networking opportunities, and marketing initiatives
Collaborating with operations teams to ensure a seamless resident transition
Maintaining accurate prospect records and sales activity within CRM systems
Achieving occupancy and sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of sales, marketing, hospitality, real estate, healthcare, senior living, or related experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to read and speak English
