Plaintiff’s Medical Malpractice Attorney

Up to $175,000 base salary + profit sharing + year-end bonus

Our client, a highly regarded plaintiff-side litigation firm, is seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Malpractice Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator looking to take on meaningful, high-impact cases with a firm that offers strong earning potential, partnership track opportunities, and a collaborative culture.

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have medical malpractice experience (plaintiff side - or defense side willing to learn plaintiff side). Handle all phases of plaintiff-side medical malpractice litigation from intake through trial and appeal

Develop case strategy and conduct legal research and analysis

Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery demands/responses, and other litigation documents

Communicate effectively with clients, medical experts, opposing counsel, and the court

Manage a full caseload independently while maintaining high-quality advocacy and client service

Significant medical malpractice litigation experience required

Strong analytical, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Ability to work autonomously and manage complex litigation matters

Passion for plaintiff advocacy and securing justice for injured clients

Profit sharing and year-end bonus opportunities
