RN – Emergency RoomSchedule12-hour night shifts; 1900-0730, 3 shifts per week.Assignment DetailsContract duration is 14 weeks with guaranteed hours.RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of experience working in the Emergency Department within the last 12 months.Must possess a valid RN License in the state or a multi-state license.Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and Conscious Sedation Competency.Preferred Certification: TNCC.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.Stabilize patients and manage critical care situations.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Adapt to rapidly changing conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.Handle inpatient boarders as needed.Maintain patient ratios of 3:1 or 4:1, as required.Compliance / NotesAttendance at orientation and training sessions is required.
