Head of Technical Programme Management

Provide software development project management + cross-functional coordination and communication to deliver outstanding products. Manage and track engineering project delivery schedules and ensure they align with cross-functional upstream and downstream dependencies (Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps, PM, etc) and correlate to end-to-end delivery commitments.

• Identify gaps and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders, follow-through until resolution.
• 5+ years of experience as a TPM in a high-tech organization, with a strong track record of facilitating enterprise level projects.
• 2+ years of software development experience, ideally in building and evaluating system-level technical design.
• Technical dive-deep to guide the development process, and project management skills to ensure the proper solution is delivered to customers.
• Experience understanding and working with technical teams to build scope, schedule, resourcing, and quality/verification steps.
• Mechanisms for risk and critical path management.
• Enjoy taking the initiative and owning projects from start to finish.
• Effective communication skills with strong process, project management, and decision-making/facilitating skills.
