Location: Brandon, FL
Shift: All Shifts Available
Pay Rate: $27.50 – $33/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers
Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health status, responding promptly to any changes
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update resident care plans
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families
Requirements
Current and valid Florida LPN license
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment
