ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients.
• Supervise and delegate appropriate care to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality patient care and staff competency.
• Manage resources effectively to support patient care.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES

• Nurses must park in visitor parking and enter on the North side, then take the elevator to the 1st floor.
• Dedicated scrubs are provided for travelers, matching staff colors.
• On-call rotation includes one first call and one second call per month, along with one weekend day every other month.
