Dispatcher / Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing and reputable HVAC and Plumbing organization in Albuquerque, NM, to identify a detail-oriented and customer-focused Dispatcher / Administrative Assistant. This role plays a key part in supporting daily office operations, coordinating field technicians, and providing exceptional customer service. Communicate appointment updates and technician arrival times with customers.
Track job progress, parts availability, estimates, and follow-up service needs.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage incoming mail.
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and support office operations.
Process purchase orders, packing slips, shipping documents, and other records.
Maintain organized filing systems and assist with general clerical tasks.
Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Familiarity with dispatching or service management software such as Aptora Total Office Manager.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
High School Diploma or GED Required
Hours: Full Time, Mon - Fri. 7am - 4pm Location: Onsite in Albuquerque, NM Pay Range: $18-$20/hr (Depending On Experience) Position Type: Temp to Hire
