Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
Completed COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to receive
High school diploma or equivalent
Registered Nurse (RN) Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents as assigned
Administer and document medications and treatments accurately
Assist physicians with procedures and diagnostics
Educate patients and families on health care practices
Collaborate with the care team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Support admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
Monitor and report vital signs, symptoms, and general condition
Document care and patient responses in accordance with facility policy
Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents
Take charge of unit operations as assigned
