Medical Administrative Support Professional

Day Shift
Coordinates the day-to-day administrative operations of the department and provides administrative support for senior management. Adheres to MercyOne’s performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission of MercyOne.
Composes and edits written material.

Performs special projects.
Provides support to governing bodies (boards, clinic governance…).
Provides support to administrator and others.
Ensures efficient operation of office.
High School plus specialized training: minimum of 1-year post-high school education in office management.
Requires the ability to read, write and understand the English language, and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, staff and physicians while performing their job duties.
High language, intermediate math, high reasoning ability.
Schedule flexible to meet needs of various boards, committees and special events.
Full Time - 40 hours/week
