ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a talented and dedicated Senior Project Architect to provide leadership in the technical design and documentation of large and complex commercial projects.The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in our Austin studio, delivering high-quality design documents, and ensuring a high standard of service to our clients.Lead the technical design aspects of commercial projects, including investigating, evaluating, and recommending design solutions
Communicate and collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary design teams to ensure project design intent with sound solutions
Champion quality assurance practices
Experience – 10+ years of commercial design experience in Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Retail, and/or Multifamily Residential projects; Contract Administration experience is preferred, but not required
Technical Expertise – advanced knowledge in building systems, building science, codes, and construction methods
Software Proficiency – Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
