HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Recruiting

A growing organization is looking for a motivated Human Resources Generalist to oversee full HR operations. In this role, you will manage employee relations, compliance, recruiting, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, over 3 years of HR experience, and demonstrate strong skills in emotional intelligence and conflict resolution. This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 - $110,000 plus a 10% bonus and various benefits including generous vacation time.
