Job Title: Packer

Join a stable manufacturing company as a Packer I, where you will play a crucial role in inspecting products for quality, packaging finished products for shipment, and ensuring orders are accurate before they leave the facility. This position requires operating packaging equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and collaborating with a team to meet daily production goals.

Inspect products for quality and ensure they are free of defects before shipment.

Ensure order accuracy before products leave the facility.

Operate packaging equipment and maintain cleanliness in the work area.

Work alongside a team to meet daily production goals.

Catch damaged, defective, or incorrect products before reaching customers.

Previous packaging or warehouse experience

Experience working with production quotas

Familiarity with shipping processes

Experience operating bagging or blister pack equipment

Lean manufacturing exposure

Quality control experience
