Senior Innovation Architect (Remote)

You will partner with vendors, payroll, HR, and internal stakeholders to strengthen systems, improve workflows, and support scalable operations through technology and process improvement.

Support medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, wellness, and other benefit offerings

Support leave of absence and accommodation processes in partnership with HR

Monitor benefits processes to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws

Review benefit data and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Support benefits system configuration, integrations, testing, and process improvements

Help develop employee communication materials that explain benefits clearly and accurately

Manage workers’ compensation processes, including coordination of claims administration; Able to balance employee support with policy and compliance requirements

Professional judgment when handling confidential employee matters

Interested in building thoughtful, modern, and employee‑focused benefits programs

7+ years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, or related fields

Experience working with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems

Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
