Licensed Practical Nurse -nursing Ambulatory Care

Vickery Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate, high-energy, and detail-oriented LPN to join our clinical team. You will work closely with our pediatricians to provide high-quality medical care in a fast-paced, family-centered environment.
Patient Intake: Room patients, obtain accurate vital signs (weight, height, head circumference, BP), and document the chief complaint in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Assist providers with physical exams, minor office procedures, and screenings (vision, hearing, etc.).
Immunizations & Injections: Administer vaccines and medications according to CDC guidelines and office protocols, maintaining a calm environment for the child.
Handle phone triage, provide basic medical advice under provider supervision, and communicate lab results or follow-up instructions to parents.
Lab Work: Perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, RSV, glucose, urinalysis) and prepare specimens for outside labs.
Administrative Duties: Ensure exam rooms are stocked and sanitized; assist with prior authorizations and medical record requests as needed.
Current, unrestricted LPN/RN license in the state of Georgia
Experience: Previous experience in pediatrics or family medicine is highly preferred.
