Talent Sourcer - Remote Position

Hitachi Energy is looking for a Strategic Talent Sourcer to join our remote U.In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, identifying and engaging exceptional candidates who will help shape the future of sustainable energy. You'll collaborate with HR professionals and business leaders, using data-driven insights and creative sourcing strategies to attract the best. Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
Use market data and insights to inform sourcing decisions.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach.
Promote Hitachi Energy's employer brand across sourcing channels.
Bachelor's degree and 3-8 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, or 6+ years without a degree.
S. hiring regulations (OFCCP, DOL).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
