This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. As part of a small team, you'll provide technical expertise and analytical solutions to support the development of new space vehicles and test/launch facilities. You'll need proficiency in shock, vibration, and acoustic environment measurement/prediction/analysis, and related quantitative methods.

Shock, vibration, and acoustic measurement/data processing and interpretation of ground and flight tests.

Development, supervision, troubleshooting, and verification/validation of component, sub-system, and system level dynamic environment tests.

Payload/space vehicle mission integration and interaction with external Customers.

S. degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering.

8+ years of relevant engineering experience.

Passion for launch vehicle mission high frequency environments development/validation/testing.

Solid foundation of vibroacoustic and structural static/dynamic fundamentals, including PSD, Grms, SPL, OASPL, SRS, VRS, SDOF, FDS, static/dynamic equilibrium, stress/strain/modulus, etc.

MATLAB proficiency.

Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.

S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

5+ years of experience in launch and/or space vehicle vibroacoustic prediction/analysis/measurement/testing.

Python coding proficiency.

Experience with the following commercial numerical modeling software tools: Development of web-accessible databases with API.
