Physical Therapist- Western Ridge Outpatient Physical Therapy***

Physical Therapist
and provides in-services to staff, hospital personnel and the community. Provides comprehensive evaluation, therapeutic management, goal modification, patient/family education, and ongoing discharge planning for our patients. Contributes to department through involvement in continuous improvement programs and/ or special projects. This may include activities such as serving as a clinical instructor, providing professional educational content for peers, participation in team initiatives, or other areas approved by management.
Remains educated on and in compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to the practice of Physical Therapy. Furthers personal knowledge base, clinical expertise, and professional development by attending continuing education offerings, independent reading, hands-on practice, individual training sessions, etc.
Manages caseload efficiently and is able to prioritize competing requests for therapy. Able to collaborate with other therapists in order to satisfy service requests in a timely manner.
