Hiring Range: $250,000 - $340,000 Please note that the final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations Location: Worcester, MA Facility: UMass Memorial Health UMass Memorial, University, and Hahnemann Campus Department: Ophthalmology Specialty : Oculoplastic Schedule: Full-Time UMass Memorial Medical Group seeks an Ophthalmologist with sub-specialty training in Oculoplastic surgery to join our growing team. Modern technology platforms (e.g., Epic EMR) for seamless communication and workflow efficiency
Strong administrative, clinical, and operational support to ensure efficiency and work-life balance
Academic appointment commensurate with experience and training
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and continuous improvement

Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology
Fellowship training in Oculoplastic Surgery
MD or DO degree with eligibility for Massachusetts medical licensure
