As a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) at Chattanooga Internal Medicine Group, you will be a vital pillar of our care team, significantly impacting patient well-being through direct support and seamless coordination.
Every day, you will actively collaborate on comprehensive screenings, assist with clinical procedures, provide essential health education, and expertly manage administrative tasks, leveraging technology to coordinate care for diverse patient populations. To be successful in this role, you will possess strong clinical knowledge, technological fluency, genuine compassion for patient well-being, and an adaptable spirit keen on continuous learning and collaborative teamwork.

Perform general patient care by following established standards and procedures.
Greet and prepare patients for the health care provider.
May be required to draw and collect blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
High School Graduate or High School GED and
May require specialized training, such as Non-Certified Radiologic Technician
Certified Medical Assistant AAMA, upon hire or
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, upon hire or
Certified Medical Assistant NHA, upon hire or
National Certified Medical Assistant NCCT, upon hire or
National Registered/Certified Medical Assistant NAHP, upon hire or
Registered Medical Assistant AMT, upon hire or
Registered Medical Assistant, upon hire or
Completion of a Certified Medical Assistant course or Exam
Two (2) years Medical Assistant experience
Electronic health record experience
