Conduct a wide range of routine and advanced laboratory tests—encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—following established protocols.
Examine results for precision, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and maintain lab instruments through preventative maintenance and calibration.
Assist with specimen gathering and prepare samples for testing whenever necessary.
Document every procedure meticulously, contribute to staff training, and help ensure adherence to lab quality standards.
Uphold a clean and safe work setting while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree supplemented by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
