DDS/DMD degree and an active, unrestricted license in the state of Florida.

Physical Requirements

Essential Duties Performance: Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.

Versatility in Sitting and Standing: Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds when necessary.

Virtual and In-Person Training: Availability to attend periodic virtual training sessions (or in-person when required).

Tuberculosis (TB) Testing: Required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN).
