Full Time - Client Services Rep

Job Title: Member Service Representative
Hourly & Pay Rate: $10/HR

Its mission is to provide a high-quality experience in a welcoming, non-intimidating environment called the “Judgment Free Zone.” Anticipate members/guests need and respond promptly by delivering efficient customer service while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Answer phones promptly and in a friendly manner.
Utilize strong communication and problem‑solving skills to resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
Regular, consistent cleaning and sanitizing of the club and equipment for up to 50% of the shift.
Answer questions regarding business procedures and policies accurately and in a customer‑friendly way.
Subject to work at any Planet Fitness location within Houston Fitness Partners franchise.
Minimum Skills Superior customer service skills, preferably 6‑12 months of face‑to‑face customer service experience.
Self‑starter who takes initiative with minimal direction and supervision.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Demands Continual standing and walking throughout the club during shift.
Frequent talking in person or on the phone.
Will encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
