Operation of Brick Oven and Equipment
Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of Brick Oven and Equipment
Proper handling, preparation, pulling, and rotation of pizza dough
Maintain presentable appearance and professional demeanor by Marzoni's standard open kitchen
