Current Texas Physical Therapy License or eligibility for licensure
Current CPR certification
Valid Texas Driver’s License (required only if designated as an HMC driver per policy)

Proficient in computer data entry and documentation
Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment and procedures
Strong communication and organizational skills
