Electrical Engineer leads the design, development, and testing of complex electrical systems, components, or circuits, applying advanced engineering principles to meet safety and performance standards. They oversee project timelines, budgets, and technical documentation while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

This role works cross‑functionally with Product & Program Management, Production, Operations, Supply Chain, Process Teams, Sales, and Customer Success to translate product requirements into scalable, manufacturable, and reliable solutions while meeting cost, quality, and delivery objectives globally.

Modify or design electrical assemblies, layouts/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications of moderate scope.

Electrical component selection, and cable/harness design.

Troubleshoot a variety of complex electrical problems in engineering and production environments.

Collaborate with System, Mechanical, and Software engineers to define design requirements, generate product specifications, and develop electrical subsystems.

Define, coordinate, perform, and document engineering tests.

Deliver full engineering packages and support manufacturing to ensure a smooth transition into mass production.

Solve challenging engineering problems by characterizing components, designing/prototyping control systems, circuits, schematics, etc.

Qualifications: BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering with 7+ years of experience.

Experience in Industrial control and communication (PLC, Ether CAT, etc.).

Proficient in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical.

Sound technical knowledge of electrical & electromechanical concepts and applications - components, schematics, electrical system, cable & harness.

Experience with Engineering change management (ECR/ECO) process using PLM/ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the Semiconductor Capital Equipment industry.

Deep experience designing industrial equipment power systems, including transformer selection, facility power integration, grounding strategies, and fault protection schemes.

Travel Requirements Approximately10% international travel
