We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You will have the unique ability to "float" between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.

Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality

• Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
• Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required

• 2 years' of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
