Colton RV & Marine is a leading dealership in the RV and marine industry, dedicated to providing top-notch customer experience to help our customers make memories! We are currently seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our marketing team.
Design and Development: Create visually compelling designs for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website content.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the Colton RV & Marine brand guidelines. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Software Utilization: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, to produce high-quality designs.
Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to continuously innovate and improve design strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or marketing graphic design, preferably with event- or retail-driven industries
Proven portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Passion for the RV and marine industry is a plus.
Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts for various marketing initiatives.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and precision in design work.
