Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM - This is a temp-to-hire with the eligibility of full-time permanent placement.

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by accurately pulling and processing orders, operating forklifts, managing inventory, and assisting customers with pickups and deliveries. This hands-on role requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service.
Pull, package, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Safely operate forklifts and saw equipment.
Assist with deliveries and help resolve customer concerns.
Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Learn and utilize the company's barcoding and inventory management systems.
Assist will-call customers with order pickup and loading.
Perform additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

1+ year of forklift experience (Required)

• Clean Driving Record (MVR)
• Physically able to lift boxes, clean floors, and handle warehouse tasks
• Ability to lift and move plastic materials up to 50 lbs.

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and accurately read and apply measurements to support warehouse operations and order fulfillment
Per auto vehicle insurance carrier requirements: For applicants/employees to qualify for inclusion on the Goodwill driver insurance schedule, for purpose of driving Goodwill fleet vehicles, or for purpose of receiving company mileage reimbursement they must be at least:

21 years of age (not engaged in passenger transportation),
25 70 years of age for all passenger transportation services,
25 years of age for CDL.
must also be able to operate company vehicle, and adhere to all Federal, State, and local laws governing vehicle operation.
Applicants/employees using their personal vehicle for company business (receiving company mileage reimbursement), must have valid vehicle insurance, valid driver license, and vehicle must be in roadworthy condition.
