Full-Time Salary: $90,000 $110,000 Base Salary + Benefits Paid-Per-Visit Option: $65 $80 per visit

As a Home Care Physical Therapist, you'll work directly with patients in their homes and communities to help them regain mobility, improve function, and maintain independence.

Deliver skilled physical therapy services in the home setting

Active New Jersey Physical Therapist License

Medicare documentation and billing experience preferred
