The Sales Associate plays a key role in driving studio growth and providing exceptional service to both prospective and current members. This position supports the Studio Manager in executing all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, member engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals through Pilates. The Sales Associate represents the brand with professionalism, positivity, and integrity, creating a welcoming environment that encourages members to become part of the Pilates community.
Available Shifts : Monday 3:30pm-7:30pm
Sunday 8:00am-2:00pm
Execute all stages of the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing new membership sales.
Maintain an acceptable and consistent level of sales performance in accordance with monthly targets.
Support retention efforts by providing excellent customer service and fostering member relationships.
Assist with booking and confirming appointments via phone, text, and email to drive lead conversion.

Maintain accurate lead and member information in the designated sales system (ClubReady experience preferred).
Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to connect quickly and effectively with diverse individuals.

Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (ClubReady preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in retail, service, or fitness sales strongly preferred.
Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction.
The hourly rate or salary range for this position is broad to reflect the range of experience, skills, and certifications candidates may bring. Sales Associates earn 10% commission on any sales made.
Sales Associates are required to work an average of 30 hours a week throughout a six-month lookback period to qualify for benefits.
