As a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll be the driver of behavior change, transforming challenges into triumphs. The BCBA will develop and implement behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and provide training to staff and caregivers. This position is fully remote and can be worked from any state in the United States. Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessments and clinical data.

Implement and supervise the implementation of BIPs in various settings, including clinic, home, school, and via telehealth.

Monitor and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.

Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other team members.

Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

A passion for working with children and families to help them succeed.

Excellent data collection and analysis skills.

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.

Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various client locations.
