We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for immediate opportunities at a beautiful new 120-bed facility located in Fort Wayne, IN. This role involves working within a variety of units, including Adolescent, Adult, and 55+ Geriatric populations. Candidates must be adaptable and willing to float to different units as needed.
Shift Details
Shift Type: Days
Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7:30 PM
Minimum of 2 years of recent Behavioral Health/Psychiatric nursing experience
familiarity with Handle with Care or CPI preferred
This facility is currently opening unit by unit and primarily serves a low-acuity adult patient population. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team, and maintain a compassionate approach to patient care.
