Delivering a customer-centered experience that reflects our culture of hospitality.

Initiating authentic conversations with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service.

Educating customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.

Contributing to overall store performance by staying accountable to personal goals.

Assisting store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.

Maintaining a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.

Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
