Registered Nurse (Telemetry, Night Shift)

Registered Nurse - Med/Surg - Night ShiftLocation Nashville, TNAssignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 3 shifts per week, including 2 weekends.Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Med/Surg unit. The ideal candidate will provide attentive care, make personal connections with patients, and include family members in care plans.Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with surgical and medical needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Utilize a range of medical equipment, including IV pumps, telemetry, and EKG machines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation using the Meditech system.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active RN license in the state of practice. BLS certification. Med/Surg experience required. Ability to prioritize care and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
