Assembles and serves meals. Cleans and sanitizes utensils and equipment.
Assembles, serves, and delivers meals; Inspects trays, food carts and items for special functions, for accuracy.
Portions food according to established standards.
Prepares side dishes, sort-order items, nourishment's, cold plates, and beverages.
Cleans and sanitizes utensils and equipment.
Maintains an accurate accounting of cash and prices.
Answers telephone; Performs dietary functions of the Patient Information System.
Responsible for using and cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
Participates in performance improvement activities.
Valid Michigan drivers license, and a driver's record approved by the Medical Center's insurance agent for those employees who drive a vehicle as a requirement for the job (If Applicable)
