Looking for a full-time or part-time RN to join our team!
Free continuing education and computer-based training
Private homes, adult family homes, and assisted living communities throughout our coverage area. You will manage a small case load consisting of RN delegation and private duty nursing patients, establishing care plans, completing skilled nursing visits, providing float delegation coverage for our nursing team, and RN coverage to the communities we support.
1:1 private duty nursing: potentially: Will see patients in a variety of community settings.

• Admit patients, and establish care goals.
• Establishes and maintains the plan of care and reviews progress to goals.
• Coordinated care with providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Delegate care to caregivers in community settings.
• Comfortable providing education to nurses, caregivers, families, and patients.
• Fosters a high-performing culture of excellence that drives employee engagement and provides exceptionally reliable, safe, high-quality patient care.
• Current Washington state RN license in good standing

One (1) year of nursing experience is required.
Will train new grads: Only if applying to the RN Case Manager FT/Float role.
