Recruiter

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition supporting the hiring efforts for the organization. Pay Range: $40-$46/hr on W2

Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

Partner directly with Hiring Leaders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and guide talent decisions

Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Collaborate closely with a team of recruiters, recruitment coordinators, and onboarding partners

Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to manage workflows and candidate pipelines

Minimum of 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate recruiting environment

Prior experience recruiting within financial services, banking, payments, fintech, or a related industry strongly preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Experience with applicant tracking systems and/or CRMs such as Oracle Recruitment Cloud (preferred), Taleo, Eightfold, Workday, Bullhorn, or SuccessFactors

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented recruitment function
