Compensation

• $46–$75 per visit/hour (Pay based on experience, location, and employment type)
• W-2 and 1099 opportunities
• Full-time and part-time schedules available

Daily Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy treatment to pediatric patients in their homes

Implement treatment plans created by supervising Occupational Therapists

Document services and patient progress

Educate caregivers on home programs

Communicate regularly with supervising therapists

Maintain accurate clinical records

Qualifications

Current Arizona COTA license, CPR certification, Article 9 certification, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Previous pediatric experience is welcomed but not required.
