We’re hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist to serve as an Occupational Therapy Supervisor for a part-time outpatient program in Los Angeles, CA. This role provides clinical leadership, supervision, and program development support for a new specialized program serving veterans at the west LA VA campus. Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current CA licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist, with demonstrated proficiency in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred, ideally in transitional or permanent supportive housing or residential settings.
Experience with mental health services, preferably in a residential setting.
Knowledge of substance abuse issues, therapeutic interventions, and treatment planning.
Familiarity with Department of Mental Health documentation requirements.

Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to occupational therapists and support staff.
Monitor quality of client care delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Conduct regular case reviews, assessments, and audits to evaluate therapist performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with therapists to develop individualized treatment plans and interventions based on client needs and goals.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support therapist professional development.
Identify training needs and coordinate continuing education programs to maintain licensure and certification requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
