Pay: $40$50 per hour, based on experience
Experience Required: Minimum 7 years of commercial fireproofing experience

Kaloutas is looking for an experienced Lead Fireproofing Applicator who takes pride in quality work, knows how to lead a crew, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned fireproofing professional to take ownership in the field, work on major commercial and industrial projects throughout New England, and help develop the next generation of applicators. Lead fireproofing crews on commercial and industrial job sites
Apply spray-applied fire-resistive materials accurately and efficiently
Set up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot fireproofing equipment
Read project plans, specifications, and product requirements
Plan daily work and communicate expectations to the crew
Monitor production, material usage, quality, and job progress
Ensure proper surface preparation, application thickness, and finished quality
Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades
Complete required job-site and safety documentation
Represent Kaloutas professionally with customers and project partners
At least 7 years of hands-on commercial fireproofing experience
Strong knowledge of spray-applied fireproofing materials, equipment, and application methods
Previous crew leadership or foreman experience
Ability to produce high-quality work while meeting project schedules
Experience reading plans, specifications, and job-site requirements
Commitment to job-site safety and accountability
Willingness to travel to job sites throughout New England as needed
Competitive pay of $40$50 per hour , based on experience
