We are looking for an amazing front desk agent to join our team with game changing career opportunities!
Currently we’re looking for passionate team members to help power the growth of our Michigan market. Our growth is your opportunity to learn and grow with us.
Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
