Paramedic Ambulance--Full-Time

Non-profit regional hospital is seeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine residency trained physician to replace positions vacated as long-term physicians step into administrative roles. Hospital-employed position with a progressive and financially secure health system
4 APPs also help in the department
All day and evening shifts; Full time is 15 ten-hour shifts per month
Average under 2 patients per hour per physician
Department has 50 hours of physician coverage and 30 hours of APP coverage per day
Adult and pediatric hospitalists do their own admissions
Not a trauma facility; 75k sign-on bonus

• 60K total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
