Hospitality Recruiter - Work From Home

As a member of Empowered Hospitality’s Talent team, you will support a high volume of management and executive-level searches, using best-in-class recruiting practices and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. You’ll work in close partnership with our Client Services team—who lead the client relationship—while you focus on identifying, engaging, and supporting top-tier talent throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Identifying, attracting, and evaluating high-quality candidates to fit each client’s unique needs and culture
Relationship Building: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with candidates to build a robust talent pipeline
Attention to Detail: Maintaining accurate records and documentation, ensuring a high level of precision in all recruiting activities
Recruiting Innovation: Introducing and implementing innovative solutions and leading practices to enhance overall recruiting effectiveness

Execute the full recruiting lifecycle for hourly and key leadership roles
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System
Attend client meetings to review recruiting progress, take notes, answer questions, and discuss opportunities
Write compelling job ads tailored to each position and aligned with the client’s brand
Post jobs on designated platforms within specified budgets and optimize postings for performance
Facilitate client “open calls” for mass hiring or new location openings
Draft and present weekly check-in agendas and progress reports for clients
Build and nurture relationships with candidates, industry professionals, and potential clients to strengthen E|H’s network and brand
Collaborate on the development and continuous improvement of E|H’s talent acquisition processes, tools, and best practices
Champion recruitment compliance by ensuring job descriptions, postings, and interview guides are free of bias and discrimination
Regularly track and report on key recruiting metrics and KPIs

2-10 years’ experience in recruiting, preferably both agency and internal

• Prior experience in customer service
• Experience building, leading, and developing high-functioning teams
• Prior experience in a recruiting leadership role, demonstrating strategic thinking executive-level communication, and strong relationship management skills preferred
• Bachelor’s in human resources, business administration, communications, or related field
