Our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams serve residents in senior living, skilled nursing, and home health settings. We deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that’s focused on helping residents achieve optimal function and quality of life.

We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) in Florida to join our growing team. As a PT at Sequoia Care, you'll assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans that help residents regain movement, reduce pain, and restore independence. Deliver skilled physical therapy services to residents in senior living setting

Monitor and document resident progress, adjusting plans as needed

Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on mobility, exercise, and prevention strategies

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida (required)

CPR certification (as required by facility or state)
