Registered Nurse Cardiac Care A

A healthcare facility in Lewes, DE, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses with Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) expertise to support their surgical team. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity for skilled RNs to contribute to a busy operating room environment, delivering high-quality patient care in cardiovascular procedures.

Provide specialized nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room.

Prepare the operating room, surgical instruments, and supplies for procedures.

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety.

Monitor patients during surgery and respond promptly to changes in condition.

Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control protocols.

Document patient care accurately and timely.

Current and valid RN license.

Proven CVOR nursing experience.

Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and equipment.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment.
