This role is responsible for directing the work of all station agents as they perform all aspects of the operation to include customer service operations, baggage services, and ramp services functions. Besides supervision you will be an integrated part of the operations process and perform some of the above tasks. Oversee daily airport operations, including planning for gate changes, weather delays, crew connections, international arrivals/departures; participate in hiring, performance evaluations, disciplinary processes, and addressing employee concerns.
Manage administrative tasks such as shift reports, timecard reviews/corrections, incident reports, and performance documentation.
Conduct shift briefings, support baggage handling operations, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Prior Airline Operations experience required.
Must be 18 years of age or older
Pass all pre-employment testing including a drug screen, FBI background, Customs Seal, and employment history.
Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
Must have high school diploma or GED.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
