Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry

Head to toe patient assessment
Orthopedic care and IV medication administration
Manage Lasix drip, heparin drip, and other IV medications
Wound care and management of drains and vacs
NGT/G tube care, parenteral nutrition, and central line management
Care for foley/nephrostomy/suprapubic catheters and ostomies
Participate in daily MDRs for patient care excellence

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry

Current RN License
ACLS Certification
BLS Certification
Med/Surg Telemetry skillset
